Paid subscriptions may include enhanced visibility, lender profile placement, loan program display, SEO visibility, or other features made available by LendDing.com.

Subscription fees, billing terms, and included features may be updated from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.

LendDing.com may modify, suspend, downgrade, or remove any listing or subscription feature at its discretion, including if information is inaccurate, misleading, outdated, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform standards.

  1. Lead Purchases and User Inquiries

LendDing.com may allow lenders or other users to receive, purchase, or respond to loan inquiries or leads.

LendDing.com does not guarantee lead quality, loan closing, borrower responsiveness, lender responsiveness, or any specific result from a lead, listing, or subscription.

Each user is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, privacy rules, and advertising rules when contacting or working with any borrower, broker, lender, or other party.

  1. Account Access

Some features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. LendDing.com may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account has been misused or violates these Terms.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LendDing.com, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, LendDing.com’s total liability will be limited to the greater of:

the amount you paid to LendDing.com in the six months before the claim, or

$100.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LendDing.com, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

your use of the website,

your submitted content,

your dealings with lenders, borrowers, brokers, or third parties,

your violation of these Terms, or

your violation of any law or third-party rights.

  1. Payments, Billing, and Renewals

If you purchase a subscription, listing, lead, or other paid service, you agree to pay all fees shown at the time of purchase.

If recurring billing applies, you authorize LendDing.com or its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

LendDing.com may change pricing, subscription features, or billing terms with notice where required. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid services.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation method provided by LendDing.com.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. LendDing.com may issue refunds at its discretion.

  1. Termination

LendDing.com may suspend or terminate your access to the website or paid services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, provided inaccurate information, failed to pay, misused the platform, or created legal, business, or reputational risk.

You and LendDing.com agree that disputes will be handled only on an individual basis. No dispute may be brought as a class action, collective action, representative action, or private attorney general action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
