| General Pricing or Guideline info | When obtaining farm property loans, many companies fail to include equestrian facilities in the list of properties they provide loans to. United Farm Mortgage is set apart from other companies because we don’t exclude equestrian facilities and welcome boarding, training, or personal horse properties of all descriptions. These loans currently have a 70% loan to value and are eligible for properties with a minimum of 5 acres. There is no maximum loan amount or acreage amount. If there is a home located on the property, both the house and land values may be used in the price appraisal. Second homes also qualify. It is not necessary that the property owner resides on the property. As with all of our loan programs, a credit score of at least 680 is needed to qualify. Equestrian facilities loans are available in all 50 states. |
