There are many loans which PSG Capital Partners could fund that would be more than adequately protected and would generate a profit. However, that simply is not enough to justify funding a loan. Every loan we make must, on the front end, be win-win.

PSG Capital Partners focus is being the best lender in it's own backyard, as this adds value to our borrowers beyond being just a source of money. And, adds value to our investors because they know PSG Capital Partners is lending in markets "it knows" to "people it knows."

While many factors contribute to a lending decision, the driving factor is the merits of the loan. We are first and foremost real estate investors, and as real estate investors, we look at each potential loan presented to us like an investor, taking a common sense approach to lending.
