Your deal is matched using key criteria such as loan type, property type, loan amount, and location. Matching lenders can then review your deal and respond with terms or questions.
How do you protect brokered deals?
Every effort is made to protect brokered deals throughout the process.
For properties that are already owned, identifying details are initially redacted where possible to help protect the broker relationship.
Lenders agree to non-circumvention terms, which, while not a guarantee, provide an added layer of protection and deterrence.
