Our Role and Brokerage Services
LendDing is free to use for borrowers and brokers. Lenders pay to be listed on the platform and to receive matching scenarios.

If you would like broker assistance — such as analyzing your deal, exploring possible restructuring, or shopping pricing — you can engage us under our N A Nationwide Mortgage name. Brokerage services are offered only where permitted by applicable state law, and only upon your explicit request. Without that request, we do not provide brokerage services in connection with your use of LendDing.
