We can provide money in as little as 10 days and will lend against almost any type of commercial property including: undeveloped and developed land parcels, commercial, industrial, retail, mixed-use, warehouse, self-storage, shopping centers, hotels, office and multifamily (must be five or more units). We can fund most types of real estate transactions including purchase, refinance, foreclosure and land development. We will consider construction financing on a case by case basis.

Payette Financial’s Loan Terms are flexible and tailored to each borrower’s specific situation. We offer loans as small as $25,000 up to $2,500,000. Our interest rates and loan terms are competitive.
