Conventus Holdings Corporation (CHC) was started in 2015 by Keith M. Tomao after his 20-year career on Wall Street where he was most recently a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the Fixed Income Division. Through his institutional background and extensive understanding of the market, CHC was created to capture an opportunity in single family and multifamily bridge lending, a $25+ billion high yield and short duration debt market. Over the ensuing years, CHC became a top five loan origination company through the collective effort of our diligent professionals and their diverse backgrounds and experience.
