The property is undergoing a conversion into a Hampton Inn, and Stabilis played a pivotal role in the swift closing of the transaction. This allowed the borrower to acquire the property and commence the conversion process without delay. As part of this successful deal, Stabilis paid a broker fee of 1.0% of the loan amount upon closing.
