SAN DIEGO, CA – Wilshire Quinn Capital announced Monday that its private lending fund, the Wilshire Quinn Income Fund, has provided an $11,265,000 refinance loan in Los Angeles, California.
The historic commercial parking structure is located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The building is comprised of five stories, with three additional subterranean levels, totaling 190,524 square-feet and 422 parking spaces. The property also includes 9,336 square-feet of street-level retail space.
The property appraised last month for $18,985,000, giving Wilshire Quinn a total loan-to-value ratio of 59 percent on the transaction.
